Annual Membership

The Swarsaaj Annual Membership is a one-person, one-year pass that gives you free entry to all events organised by Swarsaaj — including Bhajan Jammings, Bollywood Nights, and any other musical events we host during your membership year.

The Annual Membership is priced at ₹1,900 per person. This is a single payment that covers you for one full year from the date of purchase.

Your membership is valid for 12 months (one full year) from the date of purchase. For example, if you join on 1st August 2026, your membership is valid until 31st July 2027.

You can attend any and all events organised by Swarsaaj during your membership year — Bhajan Jammings, Bollywood Nights, and any other musical evenings we host. There is no limit on the number of events you can attend.

Yes, absolutely free. Once you are a member, there are no entry fees, no per-event charges, and no hidden costs for any Swarsaaj event during your membership year. Your ₹1,900 is the only payment required.

The Annual Membership is for one person only. Your membership card/pass is non-transferable and cannot be shared. If you would like to bring a guest, they would need to purchase their own membership or pay the event entry fee.

As a member, you will receive priority WhatsApp invitations for every upcoming Swarsaaj event before they are announced to the general public. This ensures you always have advance notice and never miss an event.

After your payment is confirmed, your membership details will be registered. At each event, simply show your registered mobile number or the confirmation message you received. Our team will verify your membership at the entry.

Yes! You can renew your Annual Membership at the end of your membership year to continue enjoying free entry to all Swarsaaj events. Renewal details will be shared with you ahead of your expiry date.

The membership fee is non-refundable once purchased. We encourage you to reach out to us on WhatsApp before purchasing if you have any questions, so we can help you make the right decision.

In the rare event of a cancellation or rescheduling, all members will be informed via WhatsApp. Your membership remains valid through the entire year regardless of any individual event changes, and you will have access to the rescheduled event as well.

We guarantee a minimum of 6 events per year for all members — so your membership is backed by at least 6 free entries. In practice we organise many more Bhajan Jammings, Bollywood Nights, and special events throughout the year. You will be notified of every event via WhatsApp priority invite.

Payment is made securely online via Razorpay. Click the "Get My Annual Membership" button on this page and you will be taken to a secure Razorpay payment page where you can pay using UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet.
